Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading technology company to find a talented Implementation Consultant for their Customer Success team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation specialising in delivering innovative software solutions to global customers. About the Role: As an Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in configuring and implementing bespoke software solutions for clients. You'll lead multiple customer projects, translating client needs into actionable solutions, and working closely with various internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Configure software applications for customers, focusing on client enablement and training. Lead and manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously. Translate customer requirements into platform capabilities. Provide deep technical expertise to clients throughout the implementation process. Conduct remote and onsite workshops to support customer implementations. Consult with clients on best practices for system configuration. Facilitate regular touchpoints and status meetings with customers. Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies to improve team processes. What We're Looking For: BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience (MBA/MS is a plus). Based in or near Cork, Ireland. Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within software implementation or IT. Strong comfort level with software configuration and managing large data sets. Technical understanding of database concepts and relational data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem-solver with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Project management experience and strong organisational skills. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus. Why This Role?
