About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-house Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Daffodil Care Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our social care services nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and efficient recruitment solutions that meet the needs of our business.
- Coordinate and administer the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment activity.
- Support and liaise with Regional Managers, Centre Managers, and Senior Management to ensure seamless recruitment and staffing processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all applicants, providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the advertising of job vacancies online and on social platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
- Represent Daffodil Care Group at networking events, career fairs, and industry events, promoting our brand and services.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, with a background in social care or knowledge of the sector an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in phone interactions.
- Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently, with a friendly, self-motivated, and driven attitude.
