About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-house Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Daffodil Care Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our social care services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative and efficient recruitment solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Coordinate and administer the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment activity.
  • Support and liaise with Regional Managers, Centre Managers, and Senior Management to ensure seamless recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all applicants, providing exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage the advertising of job vacancies online and on social platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
  • Represent Daffodil Care Group at networking events, career fairs, and industry events, promoting our brand and services.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, with a background in social care or knowledge of the sector an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in phone interactions.
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work independently, with a friendly, self-motivated, and driven attitude.
