SEI is seeking a mid-level Solicitor for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role in its Dublin office. The successful candidate will assist SEI Ireland's Legal team with contractual arrangements and advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel - Dublin and work alongside members of the Legal and Compliance teams in Dublin, Luxembourg, and the USA. **Job Description:** * Drafting and negotiation of client service agreements with clients and their counsel * Supporting Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Financial Reporting, Depositary, and Management Company teams on legal issues * Advising on corporate governance requirements and regulations impacting Fund Service Providers * Assisting with drafting, implementation, and maintenance of legal and regulatory templates, policies, and procedures * Contributing to global legal and compliance projects and initiatives **Requirements:** * Qualified solicitor in Ireland or UK with 4 to 6 years' post-qualification experience * Experience with drafting and review of service contracts, ideally Fund Service Provider agreements for EU investment funds * Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry guidance in Ireland impacting Fund Administrators, Depositaries, and Management Companies **Key Attributes:** * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time to meet deadlines * Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities * Team Player * High Integrity/Ethics SEI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
