Job Description
SEI Investments is a global asset manager and investment technology provider, helping corporations and individuals create and manage wealth. SEI seeks a mid-level Solicitor for a 12-month contract in Dublin, assisting the Legal team with client agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will work with the General Counsel and other teams in Dublin, Luxembourg, and the USA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Drafting and negotiating client service agreements, including administration and depositary agreements.
Supporting Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Management Company teams with legal issues.
Advising on corporate governance requirements and regulations.
Assisting with drafting and maintenance of legal and regulatory templates and policies.
Contributing to global legal and compliance projects.
**Requirements:**
Qualified solicitor in Ireland or UK, with 4-6 years of experience in funds or financial services law.
Experience with drafting and reviewing service contracts, ideally Fund Service Provider agreements.
Strong knowledge of Irish and EU laws and regulations impacting fund administrators and depositaries.
