This is an excellent in-house opportunity with one of the worlds leading aircraft financing and leasing company's based in the west of Ireland. This a permanent position with hybrid working and a competitive remuneration package. Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate documentation for cross-border engine leases and transactions. Collaborate with other solicitors, both internally and externally,, with a particular focus on short-term leasing agreements. Offer legal support to the global sales and transaction teams. Provide in-house legal advice to the wider organisation. Identify legal risks and challenges including handling defaults, lease restructurings, repossessions, litigation, and bankruptcy matters. Support the development and upkeep of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with parent company regulations. Assist the internal co-sec with company secretarial duties. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified solicitor in Ireland or the UK with at least 2 years PQE from a commercial law firm or in-house. Have prior experience in aviation or aircraft leasing experience.
