**Solicitor Role Summary:**
Our client is a leading energy company seeking a qualified Solicitor to provide legal advice on complex commercial and regulatory matters.
Our client is at the forefront of innovation in the energy industry, enabling a low-carbon, technology-enabled smart future. They are hiring a Solicitor to work closely with the business as part of a small professional in-house legal services team.
- Provide legal advice to the business on complex commercial, construction, contractual, corporate, procurement and regulatory matters.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to identify legal issues, solutions and efficiencies.
- Support the business in delivering the Group Strategy, demonstrating the company's values and behaviours.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE gained at a leading law firm or in-house, preferably within the energy industry or a relevant regulated industry. They will have a proven track record of proactively managing a high workload and effectively dealing with complex legal matters across various fields.
