Job Summary: Solicitor Wanted for Energy Industry Leader
A leading energy industry company is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join their in-house legal services team, providing legal advice on complex commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters.
About the Role
- Provide legal advice to the business on a wide range of complex commercial, contractual, construction, procurement, and regulatory matters.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to identify legal issues, solutions, and efficiencies.
- Support the business in delivering the Group Strategy, demonstrating the values and behaviours of the group.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE gained at a leading law firm or in-house, preferably within the energy industry or a relevant regulated industry.
- Proven track record of proactively organising and managing high workload and ability to effectively deal with a wide range of complex legal matters across a variety of legal fields.
- Demonstrating experience in at least a number of the following areas: Commercial Contracts, Construction, Infrastructure Projects, Procurement, and Regulation.
