The role involves preparing commercial leases and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, advising on landlord and tenant disputes, managing litigation, internal company policies, workforce issues, due diligence for acquisitions, management contracts, and outsourcing agreements.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, open to working across a varied portfolio, and organised, with a strong ability to manage an in-house legal team and implement systems for increased efficiency and performance.
