JOB SUMMARY: The Solicitor will have full responsibility for the preparation of commercial leases and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, advising on landlord and tenant disputes, managing litigation, internal company policies, workforce issues, due diligence for acquisitions, management contracts and outsourcing agreements. These tasks will be varied as the company grows and someone who can grow with us and embrace other day-to-day legal, corporate and compliance matters would be ideal. The company has offices across Ireland and the role can be done on a largely remote basis, if the person is a perfect fit for MrPrice. ABOUT YOU: Qualified solicitor with 5 years + experience, although we may consider someone with less experience if they fit the bill! Flexible (ready to embrace change as the company expands), open to working across a varied portfolio and organised (we juggle a lot!) Happy to manage in-house legal team and implement systems for increased efficiency and performance.
