Aircraft Documentation Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified lawyer with experience in aviation and aircraft leasing to join our in-house legal team in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate documentation for cross-border engine leases and transactions.
• Collaborate with solicitors to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide legal support to sales and transaction teams.
• Identify legal risks and challenges, including handling defaults, lease restructurings and litigation.
• Assist with company secretarial duties.
Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or the UK with at least 2 years PQE from a commercial law firm or in-house.
• Experience in aviation or aircraft leasing is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with senior management.
