Technical Recruiter sought for a dynamic team in Kilkenny, Ireland, to source and hire top talent for a leading telecommunications company.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and agree on job-specific screening questions.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and conduct research to establish suitable advertising opportunities.
- Encourage social sharing of opportunities and coach managers to utilize their social media networks.
- Conduct and facilitate screening and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout all processes.
- Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss operational recruitment requirements and work in partnership with the People and Talent team to coordinate onboarding.
- Ensure all relevant technology is fully utilized and accurately reflected in the Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house environment.
- Track record of progressive, value-add recruitment experience with extensive sourcing expertise and a proven track record of headhunting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for providing a positive candidate experience.
- Strong sense of passion for Recruitment and previous hiring experience in the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.
