Job Description

Tax Analyst sought to assist with US indirect tax compliance and tax research analysis. Key responsibilities include tax compliance and research, documentation, and coordination of tax returns and audits. Collaborate with teams on tax implications of new products and provide guidance to customer support. 3+ years in-house experience with US indirect tax compliance required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business. Proficient in Excel and tax research software.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tax compliance and research analysis, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams on tax implications of new products.
  • Provide guidance to customer support team regarding sales tax.
  • Help validate sales tax exemption certificates and coordinate responses to tax authorities.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of US indirect tax ledger accounts.
  • Document and implement indirect tax reporting procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
  • 3+ years in-house experience with US indirect tax compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel and tax research software.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
