Must be flexible on working hours and days. To adhere to all regulatory requirements for chemical handling and task performance, working as part of a committed team. Responsibilities: To support the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day supervision & development of the Industrial Cleaning Team Ensuring high standard of cleaning as directed by management. Use and care of cleaning equipment. Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site. Promptly deal with any queries or complaints. To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself, your subordinates and others who may be affected by your work activities. To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management. Requirements: Experience in industrial cleaning particularly Window Cleaning, Working at Height, Floor Maintenance and use of machinery. Full Valid Driving License. Excellent personnel supervision skills. Keen and proactive approach to work. Physically fit and mobile. Ability to travel and overnights as required. Excellent English and interpersonal skills. If you are a non-Irish Citizen or have resided outside Ireland for a period of 6 months or more, you will need to be in possession of a police disclosure certificate from the applicable country dated within the last 6 months. All applicants must be able to provide two forms of state issued identification (Passport, Driving License, Garda Age Card, Birth Certificate, National Identity Card).
