Job Description
Besides working as a service engineer in the Water sector, this role involves electrical and instrumentation service, commissioning, maintenance, and repair to various types of equipment on waste water treatment plants and pump stations.
CSL, a leading supplier of electrical and mechanical services to the Water, Pharma, and Food industries, is recruiting a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in electrical services, with experience in 3-phase power and control wiring, as well as a full clean driving license.
The role involves:
- Carrying out electrical and instrumentation service, commissioning, maintenance, and repair to various types of equipment on waste water treatment plants and pump stations.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of on-site issues on control panels and assortment of equipment.
- Installing new plant items, wiring in control panels and components, pumps, instruments, and all electrical items on site.
- Daily liaison with Service department personnel and clients on findings and recommendations.
- General administration duties, including report writing, record keeping, and providing the highest level of customer service.
CSL will provide training on instrumentation where required, and the successful candidate will work on own initiative or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
