We strive to provide our employees with an experience focused on supporting their physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing. **Job Description** * Provide up-to-date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment. * Complete servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis & repair of HVACR equipment, as well as preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems. * Resolve highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs. * Provide technical coaching to team members & coordinate their on-site work activity. * Ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of everything you do. **Requirements** * At least 10 years' experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry * F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card & Manual Handling Cert * Relevant qualifications & certificates (City & Guilds) * Clean EU Driving License * Ability to speak fluent English * Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II * Previous experience within commissioning, service, repair & maintenance * Ammonia experience will be a distinct advantage **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Paid Overtime * On-Call Allowance * Lunch Allowance * Bonus Incentives * Paid Annual Leave - 25 days plus bank holidays (Holiday buy back option available) * Comprehensive benefits package - Pension, Health Insurance & Life Assurance * Company Vehicle, Phone, Laptop & Equipment provided * 39 Hour week- Monday-Friday * Encouraging, developmental & collaborative team environment * Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy
