**Job Title: Info Security Cyber Defence Senior Manager** **Short Description:** Lead the System Defense team in EMEA, providing mentorship, direction, and resources to safeguard Bank of America's global environment against cyber security threats. **Job Description:** Bank of America is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone. Our Central Park office in Dublin offers modern facilities, an onsite gym, and staff restaurant, with travel options including the LUAS network and the Central Park shuttle service. **Responsibilities:** • Provide mentorship to the System Defense team in EMEA, specializing in Endpoint, Network, and Application Security • Outline direction and acquire talent and resources as needed • Offer specialized support and direct guidance on the team's mission to provide the first line of defense against cyber security threats • Investigate and disposition of alerts • Containment and remediation of identified threats • Work closely with the EMEA Cyber Threat Defense Lead and global cyber security structure owners to ensure alignment with expectations **Requirements:** • Extensive experience in Information Security, with experience in network perimeter defense and/or malware investigation desirable • Excellent communication skills to enable rapport to be built with stakeholders and colleagues • Investigative mindset open to learning new skills and discovering how unfamiliar technology works • Comp TIA A+ S+ N+, Cisco CCNA / CCNP, CISSP, CCSP or relevant GIAC certifications preferred • Knowledge of at least one major cloud services provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) technologies • Responsive, reactive, and able to switch mindset and wear many hats without impacting performance **Benefits:** • Private healthcare for you and your family plus an annual health screen • Competitive pension plan, life assurance, and group income protection cover • 20 days of back-up childcare and 20 days of back-up adult care per annum • Ability to change your core benefits and select flexible benefits to suit your personal circumstances • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for confidential support and help for everyday matters • Opportunity to donate to charities of your choice and the bank will match your contribution
