Job Description The successful candidate will report to the Information Security Manager. Information Security Administrator will support the operational day-to-day security activities, monitoring, analysing, remediation of security incidents. Correlating security events in collaboration with internal and external groups to conduct investigations and close security incidents. To participate in the development and implementation of procedures, security controls/reviews, and solutions that mitigate threats and risks in accordance with ISO27001 and NIST is required. Enthusiastic about solving and analysing challenging problems. Your responsibilities will include: Administration of SIEM/SOC solution, writing custom SIEM/SOC rules, alerts, or reports. Monitor, detect, and analyse potential intrusions in real time and through advanced analytics of security-relevant data sources. Participating in development of the organisations process to improve our ability to combat Cyber threats. Identify potentially malicious behaviour based on relevant best practices. Provide technical support on incident investigations, assessing the impact. Contribute to the automation and improvement of security processes and technologies. Contribute to implementation of standards, procedures, and solutions that mitigate threats and risks. Determining the cause of security concerns and establishing appropriate corrective action. Definition, development, and implementation of technical security controls/reviews, in accordance with ISO27001 and NIST. Participate in security awareness campaigns and promote security awareness through effective incident coordination and communication. Broad technical understanding across Information Security. Identify, assess, and document risk and threats. Skills and Requirements Key Skills Experience with information security management frameworks, such as ISO27001, and NIST. Experienced in investigation, analysis and resolution of security incidents using SIEM tools. Experience working with XDR systems (management and automation). Experience with vulnerability Management and proactive risk assessments. Experience working with cloud security. Previous experience in Cybersecurity. Ability to automate solutions to recurring problems. Requirements Degree in technology-related field required (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science). More than 3 years of experience on Information Security/Cyber Security. Demonstrated technical abilities/certifications related to cyber security/information security. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desired Skills / Experience Previous experience as a team lead or in senior level technician. Previous experience with SAP GRC. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience working with penetration tools. Experience working with vulnerability scanners like Nessus or Qualys. Experience working setting up Identity Management for an enterprise organization. Experience working with Mobile Device Management tools.
