Job Summary: Protecting Information Assets as a Risk Management Specialist
This role involves working in a diverse team to assess and mitigate information security risks, developing knowledge of risk management and information security controls methodologies and frameworks.
About the Role:
- Assess and report on information security risk, efficacy of mitigating controls, and drive positive change in the control environment.
- Lead and/or support the end-to-end journey of information security risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to support management of Information Security risks.
- Manage own risks, issues, and events in line with the Group's Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of control status across key information security domains/key capabilities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate information security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive change in the control environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in risk management and information security controls methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- CISM, CISSP, or CRISC Certification or other relevant technology or information security certification.
