We are seeking to hire someone with experience across Desktop and Server Support on behalf of our Dublin-based client. You will work with the internal IT departments to provide network and application support to systems and hardware. Duties: Managing hardware and network infrastructure Building new environments and servers for applications Working alongside external IT organisations and suppliers Troubleshooting software and hardware issues across the business Providing frontline support for systems, computers and printers Requirements: 4+ years' experience in desktop and server support in a MS Windows Server environment Strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, Active Directory, Office 365 and SQL server Strong troubleshooting skills Minimum 3rd level degree If you're interested in this position, apply through the link below.
