IT Support Officer Location: Dublin (On-Site) Salary: €40-45k p/a I'm hiring for an IT Support Officer to join my Dublin-based client on a permanent, full-time basis. This position will involve working within a small IT team, providing network and application support for internal systems and hardware. Duties: Managing hardware and network infrastructure across the business Monitoring systems, administering networks and backing-up data Working alongside external IT providers when necessary Working within a MS Windows Server environment, providing desktop and server support Reviewing, maintaining and developing IT policies and outlining strategic objectives Building new servers and IT environments for applications Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Desktop and Server Support Strong experience with Windows Servers Demonstratable experience with Active Directory, IT networking, Office 365 and virtualisation technologies such as VMware Experience with MS SQL server and image creation (Windows) is highly desirable Minimum of 3rd level IT Qualification Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
