Job Description

Infrastructure Analyst Pearson Carter are seeking a talented Infrastructure Analyst to play a key role in the strategic development and delivery of ICT technical services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and resilience of our ICT infrastructure, impacting staff, students, and clients across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the management and administration of physical and virtual servers, primarily within Windows and some Linux environments, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure AD). Oversee project management, from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery of ICT services. Collaborate with Managed Service partners and vendors to design and implement new infrastructure solutions. Ensure robust support for Systems and Servers, focusing on improving security and functionality. Manage software licensing, hardware procurement, and maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure. Qualifications: Level 8 qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an ICT Enterprise environment with relevant technologies. Strong hands-on experience working with M365 and Azure. Strong project management skills and experience, with relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 or ITIL. Key Skills: Systems and Networking Administration experience. Excellent vendor management and communication skills. Proficient in procurement processes and supplier management. Experience with disaster recovery solutions and incident management. Salary: They are offering a salary of up to €51,137 plus excellent benefits.
