Job Summary: Provide expert engineering support and guidance to IT teams in the UK and Ireland, ensuring the stability and availability of critical applications and processes.

Role Overview:
- Deliver day-to-day support for Active Directory, Citrix, contact centre systems, and remotely hosted server environments.
- Participate in business-driven projects addressing requirements specific to EB, IP, Investments, and Digital Hub functions.
- Implement and support strategic plans for the growth and development of the UK business.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to provide engineering support and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the implementation and support of AIOps to automate IT operations.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar environment.
- Degree level in a related subject, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think critically to find effective solutions.
