IT Infrastructure Engineer – Rolling Contract - Waterford, Ireland – Part Time
Join our client on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension. Provide onsite support across three locations within a 5-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose hardware and software issues
• Maintain till environments and network systems
• Support network infrastructure
Requirements:
• Proven experience in diagnosing hardware and software issues
• Manage till network mappings and connect tills to local printers
• Basic knowledge of Follow Me Ricoh MFD Printing System for troubleshooting and support
• Cisco Network Switches and VLAN changes
• Meraki Wi-Fi Access Points and support
• CATO VPN Architecture support and monitoring
• Windows Autopilot for setting up new laptops
• Legacy Systems support and iPhone setup
Details:
• Role: IT Infrastructure Engineer (Hardware, Network, and System Support)
• Location: Onsite – 1 Day per Week (Waterford) with flexible working hours
• Contract Length: Rolling Contract
• Rate: €300 to €350 per day
