Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to manage and drive the planning, support, and troubleshooting of a large-scale infrastructure system in North Dublin.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Infrastructure Engineer role and exceptional planning and project management skills. They will be responsible for managing BAU tasks, driving projects to successful outcomes, and ensuring the infrastructure is built and operated to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage and maintain a large-scale infrastructure system with 5,000+ users and state-of-the-art technology.
- Plan, support, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Manage BAU tasks and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including help desk and vendor management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
