Job Description
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to manage a large-scale infrastructure system, overseeing planning, support, and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on customer needs and stakeholder relationships.
As the primary technology expert, you will be responsible for managing BAU tasks, driving projects to successful outcomes, and ensuring infrastructure is built and operated to meet the needs of a large organization. This role will involve managing a team, vendor relationships, and solutions architecture, with a strong emphasis on security, performance, and availability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of IT professionals, including help desk and network teams
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems
- Driving projects to successful outcomes, with a focus on customer needs and stakeholder relationships
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Developing and implementing solutions architecture
- Ensuring the security, performance, and availability of infrastructure systems

Salary: €90,000 - €105,000 per annum
