Job Description
Technical Infrastructure Specialist for EMEA region, responsible for providing local infrastructure support, running infrastructure projects, and managing technology environment.

About the Role
- Provide local infrastructure support in Limerick office and across other remote EMEA sites.
- Run and deliver infrastructure projects, including representation of EMEA on wider Global initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance the Technology environment in line with Northern Trust's strategic vision.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers, business partners and peers within Northern Trust.
- Manage Audio Visual meeting room environment and stock levels of End User Computing hardware.
- Liaise with senior management on issues that may affect EMEA business.
- Provide direction and leadership to IT staff based in Limerick office.
Requirements
- Technical experience in an Infrastructure role.
- Experience in the delivery of large Infrastructure projects, including building fitouts.
- Analytical, problem solving, and client servicing skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Proven IT managerial skills.
- Third level qualification within IT discipline.
- Experience working within Microsoft Azure and 0365 environment.
- Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms.
