Job Description
Experienced Infrastructure Project Manager sought for 6-month contract in Dublin, Ireland, to oversee CRM 2011 to D365 upgrade and other infrastructure projects.
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and smooth upgrade of IT Infrastructure for CRM upgrade, while managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects within the public sector, working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with public sector standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, ideally with a background in public sector or professional services.
- Expertise in CRM system upgrades/migrations, particularly CRM 2011 to D365 (Dynamics 365).
- Experience managing multiple large-scale infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with public sector standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
