**Technical Project Manager** A seasoned professional is sought to lead a team of technical and field engineers in delivering complex projects for over 200 Credit Union customers across Ireland and the UK. **Job Description** Due to continued growth, a leading indigenous supplier of software to the Credit Union industry is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a team of technical and field engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, leading a team, and providing onsite support to clients. The role will involve project management, stakeholder management, and technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of technical and field engineers in delivering projects such as migrations, implementation, upgrades, and deployment of business client/server software suite and associated hardware. * Take ownership of projects and guide the team through all stages, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. * Troubleshoot issues and liaise with different departments, outside vendors, and customers to resolve problems and issues. * Manage process and documentation throughout projects, including costings and budgets. * Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate onsite troubles to the relevant department within the company or to third parties when necessary. **Requirements:** * A minimum of a degree or diploma in Computer Science or a relevant related field. * Experience leading a team of field/support/infrastructure engineers is a must. * Experience leading technical projects is a must. * Strong logical problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and take initiative. * Effective time management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking and handle the pressure of deadlines. * Familiarity with Microsoft Windows servers, Terminal servers, and a capacity to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and communicate with various hardware vendors. * High degree of competency with the Microsoft desktop and hardware technologies, including Windows 10 desktop environment, operating system, and MS Office products. * Basic knowledge of networking and IP. **Desirable Skills:** * Experience with Cloud migrations. * Strong stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days on site in the Park West office.
