Job Description

Manage technical teams and infrastructure for a hybrid role in Dublin. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, implementing changes, and maintaining service infrastructure.

Key tasks:

  • Resolve incidents and requests according to agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate activities between technical teams and third-party vendors.
  • Implement approved changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain overall health of managed service infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in technical teams with infrastructure technology knowledge.
  • Experience in building relationships with senior management and directors.
  • Proven track record of managing infrastructure-related ICT services.
  • Experience in managing technologies such as Windows, VMware, and SAN.
