Job Description
Manage technical teams and infrastructure for a hybrid role in Dublin. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, implementing changes, and maintaining service infrastructure.
Key tasks:
- Resolve incidents and requests according to agreed service levels.
- Coordinate activities between technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Implement approved changes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain overall health of managed service infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in technical teams with infrastructure technology knowledge.
- Experience in building relationships with senior management and directors.
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure-related ICT services.
- Experience in managing technologies such as Windows, VMware, and SAN.
