IntroductionAt IBM, Technical Solution Architects work to understand needs and then create complex high-quality solutions that make meaningful impact. You’ll be responsible for overall leadership and delivery of the solutions from requirement gathering through implementation. You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technologies along with industry and business skills to influence outcomes.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThis technical solution architect role architects first-class IBM Cloud technical solutions on complex pre & post-sale opportunities including client critical situations and onboarding acceleration.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseArchitect level certification in at least one hyperscaler (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong knowledge and experience of hybrid cloud design & solutioning in IBM Cloud or another hyperscaler.Strong architectural design background and experience and cloud delivery experience including hands on.Experience in customer facing interaction with architecture and technical teams.Broad technical understanding of the IBM Technology portfolio.Self-Starter who is a fast learner of technology and willing to experiment to find the best solutions.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of one or more of the following: VMWare, Red Hat OpenShift, Power Virtual Server, Ansible, Terraform.Knowledge of Cloud Networking, Cloud Security & Compliance, Non-functional requirements such as Backup, DR, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
