Seeking a qualified Corporate & Regulatory lawyer with 3-5 years PQE to join KPMG's in-house legal team as an Associate Director, providing market-focused commercial legal support. • Driving legal risk management of regulatory change and implementation in all matters affecting KPMG.
• Proactively identifying and contributing to the management of regulatory risk.
• Identifying and analysing regulatory changes and advising internal stakeholders on effective implementation.
• Supporting and advising business and teams on applicable regulatory requirements.
• Providing regulatory advice to internal client support teams.
• Contributing to stakeholder management of KPMG relationships with key regulators.
• Participating in internal Working Groups on regulatory topics and KPMG initiatives.
• Leading the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure KPMG meets its regulatory obligations.
• Helping to deliver team and departmental objectives.
• Supporting the commercial contracting team on larger commercial reviews.
