Service Team Leader
Lead a team of drivers to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Develop and manage drivers to achieve company standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate business expectations to drivers and ensure they meet customer service standards.
- Team Work: Collaborate with the service support team to achieve customer service levels.
- Decision Making: Manage performance to utilize driver and vehicle resources effectively.
- Work Processes: Adhere to company policies and coordinate driver documentation.
As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and coordinating driver resources
- Developing and managing drivers based at the Service Center
- Ensuring company standards are achieved
- Providing clarity on business expectations of customer service for drivers
- Assisting in the recruitment process
