About the role:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated results-orientated inside sales agent to join us to help us grow our commercial customer base in the ROI through a programme of multi-channel sales and customer-retention campaigns and activities.
We are looking for individuals who love to interact with customers, have excellent sales, business development and customer engagement experience and who want to bring their capabilities in this area to the next level.
This role will initially be based in our Head office in Drogheda, Louth, but will relocate to our brand new offices at Dublin Airport Central in the New Year.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the energy, telecoms, or financial services sectors, with a strong emphasis on outbound phone-based sales. A third-level education is preferred. The successful candidate must be driven, ambitious, and eager to make a positive impact through their work. They should have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of digital sales and social selling. Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional negotiation skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a proactive, self-motivated work ethic, ensuring they can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
