Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support key seasonal sales campaigns and sustainability initiatives across Agribusiness.
- Support customers and sales team through farm advisory and sales via phone, email, farm calls, and events.
- Collaborate across field and office teams to achieve wider team goals.
- Lead development and integration of the company's CRM platform across sales and operations teams.
- Support customers and team with the Gateway customer platform development and customer service.
Requirements:
- Possess a 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Agricultural Science, Business, or IT.
- Have previous role-related competence and experience.
- People management and expertise in customer service is essential for this role.
- Technical and commercial CRM usage and development is a distinct advantage.
- Be proficient in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of software including Intact, CRM, Oracle EBIZ, and Oracle reporting tool is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrate great organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and see tasks through to completion.
- Be proficient in using business intelligence tool to interpret and analyse business performance data.
- Show resilience and be capable of dealing with pressurised situations and deadlines.
- Be a Strong Communicator with proven sales coaching and mentoring capability.
- Driven to use and develop technical knowledge to benefit the team, customers, and suppliers.
