My client is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales professional to join their innovative team in the UK as a permanent team member, you'll play a vital role in our company's growth and success while enjoying a competitive salary £35,000.00 + Commission. Make a significant impact by generating leads and cold calling prospective customers to create a robust pipeline. Nurture relationships with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective plans to exceed expectations. Utilize your expertise in Freight Forwarding, particularly in road, sea, and air freight, to drive the company's sales and growth. Preferred Requirements: A minimum of 1 year's sales experience within the Freight Forwarding sector. In-depth knowledge of road, sea, and air freight, with experience in the Baltics being desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to generate custom from a sales pipeline and build strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to understand and meet clients' needs.
