Join us as an Inside Sales Executive. You'll drive new revenue growth by winning new customers across our portfolio of products. Develop knowledge to uncover, develop, and close new business opportunities in close collaboration with existing sales teams.


Key responsibilities:



  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through multiple communications channels.

  • Sources leads, manages sales channels, and builds relationships with external organisations.

  • Qualifies new prospects and prepares proposals.

  • Keeps informed of our products and services portfolio, technical developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal departments.

  • Ensures excellent pipeline management and accurate forecasting to deliver against agreed KPIs.

  • Ensures a customer-centric approach by working with product, implementation, and account management teams.


Requirements:



  • Sales experience required.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, B2B sales experience desirable.

  • Solid understanding of technology and developments.

  • Passionate about delivering customer experience above and beyond customer expectation.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.

  • Excellent PC skills essential.

  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
