Job Role: Sales Executive Location: Dublin Inside Sales Representative Job Advertisement: Superb opportunity for a Contact Centre Sales Executive to join a leading International Payments Company on their Inside Sales Team. What You Will Do: You will be engaging in world class telephone-based conversations with new and existing customers qualifying their needs, understanding how their business operates and how they benefit from our payment solutions Once you have established the customer needs, you will then arrange a sales conversation with the appropriate sales channel You will be responsible for achieving challenging transfer to sale conversion metrics You will work in partnership with our commercial development to drive growth Who You Are: You will have 1-2 years experience in a sale driven environment, ideally within the financial service sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience with CRM systems such as Aspect and Salesforce would be an advantage.
