Pittman is now seeking a driven and strategic Inside Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Role Purpose: The Inside Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales growth by converting incoming leads into successful business opportunities. The role involves delivering tailored solutions for customers, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring repeat business. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with both new and existing accounts across Ireland. The Ideal Candidate: Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, ideally within a B2B environment or a construction-related sector. Organisation and Process Orientation: Highly organised and process-oriented, with a strong ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and proactively remove obstacles for the sales team. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software. Driving Licence: Holds a full, clean Irish driving licence. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Manage new customer enquiries through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions at the showroom. Lead Qualification: Effectively qualify leads and identify the best solutions for customers by leveraging internal resources, product knowledge, and liaising with manufacturers. Timely Follow-Up: Ensure prompt and professional follow-up on all customer enquiries. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system. Order Support: Assist customers with order queries by coordinating with the logistics team. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Account Management: Manage customer accounts to ensure the highest levels of service, fostering long-term relationships and securing repeat business. Sales Support: Provide support to the Sales Manager by completing various ad-hoc tasks and projects. Content Creation: Gather and publish case studies, testimonials, and credible proof points to showcase successful projects and satisfied customers.
