Morgan McKinley has partnered with a leading business specialising in the Medical Device sector in Galway City. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to join an expanding team. Benefits: Salary: €33,000 to €35,000 Hybrid | 4 days in office, Friday work from home Pension 35-hour week Responsibilities: * Sales/Administration support to the wider sales team * Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. * Effectively Manage inbound sales enquiries - qualify leads and prospects through effective questioning and active listening. * Close sales and achieve set sales targets. * Follow up on numerous leads, quotes, forecasts, and enquiries. * Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing accurate product information, addressing their inquiries, and offering suitable solutions. * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. Skills and Experience: * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Excellent organisational skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to potential customers. * Experience in the Medical Device sector an advantage but not necessary. * Prior office administration and customer service/account management experience Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
