Morgan McKinley has partnered with a leading manufacturing company based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to join an expanding team. Benefits: Salary: €30,000 to €35,000 (Depending on Experience) Commission Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday | 8.30am - 4pm on Fridays Pension & Healthcare negotiable after probation The role is based on-site in Tralee Responsibilities: * Sales/Administration support to the wider sales team * Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. * Process orders and upsell product range * Effectively Manage inbound sales enquiries - qualify leads and prospects through effective questioning and active listening. * Close sales and achieve set sales targets. * Follow up on leads, quotes and enquiries. * Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing accurate product information, addressing their inquiries, and offering suitable solutions. * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. * Attend meetings, trade shows, customer meetings as required. Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service or Administration * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Excellent organisational skills. * Verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to potential customers. * Experience in the Construction/Manufacturing sector an advantage but not necessary.
