Insights & Data LeadDublin + HybridAttractive PackageOur client, one of the fastest growing Digital Health Supplements providers in the UK & Ireland, is currently in search of an Insights & Data Lead to join their Dublin HQ.Reporting to the Founders, the Insights & Data Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights that drive business growth and improve decision-making processes. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and will require a proactive individual, with strong commercial acumen to identify and prioritise opportunities and drive profitable outcomes.It is integral that this successful candidate will have a wealth of experience from an Ecommerce or B2C business, with a thorough understanding of the customer journey.Your role:Develop, implement and maintain data collection systems and processes to gather relevant business data from internal and external sources.Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualise key metrics and performance indicators for various stakeholders.Analyse trading performance and communicate the drivers of trading outcomes to key stakeholders; adapt and tailor communication style and depth to ensure stakeholders can interpret key messages.Conduct regular financial P&L performance “deep dives”, delivering actionable insights for performance improvement.Develop scalable and automated reporting frameworks to enable channel and P&L owners to analyse trading performance and identify commercial trends.Ensure P&L performance trends are communicated, contextualised and opportunities for growth are identified (across pricing, digital merchandising, product offering, and digital marketing initiatives) and prioritised.Collaborate with the relevant team members to ensure opportunities for growth are identified, developed upon, and put into action across the business.5+ years Insights/ Data experience working within an Ecommerce/ B2C business model.Systems experience should include SQL, Tableau and Excel.Experience with Google Big Query and ETL tools such as Fivetran would be a plus.Excellent financial acumen and ability to understand and breakdown complex data and processes.Have strong analytical capability through planning the analysis, conducting analysis and distilling this into recommendations which the business can understand and use for business decisions.Excellent market research skills including using 3rd party market reports and data, organising and conducting interviews, and reviewing industry press and company reports.Accuracy & attention to detail is critical as this information is used to inform business decisions and influence strategy.Ability to work with ambiguous information to determine root cause or drivers and then put forward resolutions; presenting solutions not problems.Communication skills – understanding the audience, purpose of what needs to be achieved, listening to the needs of the recipients and present.Ownership of tasks or projects to ensure all possible efforts are made to ensure successful achievement of objective within assigned timeframe.Ability to prioritise workload effectively to ensure objectives are met successfully and on time.Possess a deep business understanding and commercial insight.What’s in it for you:Attractive salary & bonusFlexible working environment office/ WFH.Employer/ employee contributory pension.Personal training and development budget.Regular team socials.A chance to build a company that is leading the change in conversation and treatments of Men’s health!Should this position be of interest to you please forward your CV to Marty Caskey at Abrivia.
