Job Description

We are seeking a Supervisor to provide day-to-day front-line management in our busy Insomnia Department, ensuring colleague compliance with standards and delivering high-quality customer service. This proactive role involves leading by example, maintaining excellence in communication, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, timekeeping, productivity, and presentation, as well as ensuring staff are trained in product knowledge and store procedures.
