About the Role
- Manage a team of 20 installation engineers with a mixture of senior and junior levels.
- Liaise with project managers and operations managers regarding project requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate install units to carry out required work on sites within scheduled timescales.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is carried out on time and meets quality standards.
- Be responsible for making sure resources are managed carefully so financial objectives are delivered.
About the Person
- A strong management background is required.
- Experience in any kind of technical field is essential.
- Previous experience managing field engineers as well as electrical project management is highly desirable.
- Previous Security, Fire, or AV background is advantageous.

- Salary: €60,000-€70,000 DOE.
