Installation Manager required for a global security systems integrator with a 30-year history. Manage a team of 20 engineers, plan and coordinate installations, and ensure quality standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage a team of 20 installation engineers
Liaise with project managers and operations managers
Plan and schedule installations
Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards
Manage resources to meet financial objectives
**Requirements:**
Strong management background
Experience in a technical field
Previous experience managing field engineers
Electrical project management skills
Security, Fire, or AV background (advantageous)
**Package:**
Salary: €60,000-€70,000 DOE
