A global market leader in Security Systems seeks an Installation Manager to manage a team of engineers across Dublin and other parts of Ireland.

**About the Role:**
The Installation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 20 installation engineers with a mixture of senior and junior levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of installation engineers
- Liaise with project managers and operations managers regarding project requirements
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate install units to carry out required work on sites within scheduled timescales
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is carried out on time and meets quality standards
- Manage resources to ensure financial objectives are delivered
**Requirements:**
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong management background
- Experience in any kind of technical field
- Previous experience managing field engineers and electrical project management
- Previous Security, Fire, or AV background is advantageous
