Installation Manager A global market leader in Security Systems is seeking an Installation Manager to join their company with a headcount of over 70 in Ireland. Our client has a very healthy turnover of over one billion worldwide! THE COMPANY: Our client is a global security systems integrator who have a fantastic reputation from their over 30-year history. As an integrator, our client works alongside a global network of partners and manufacturers to design, install, and service security, fire alarm, and AV solutions for their clients. Due to their continued success, our client is now seeking an Installation Manager now to join their team. THE ROLE: The successful Installation Manager will be field based across Dublin but also in other parts of Leinster/Munster and will have the following duties: Manage a team of 20 installation engineers with a mixture of senior and junior levels Liaise with project managers and operations managers regarding project requirements Plan, schedule, and coordinate install units to carry out required work on sites within scheduled timescales Conduct site visits to ensure work is carried out on time and meets quality standards Be responsible for making sure resources are managed carefully so financial objectives are delivered THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to candidates from the following backgrounds: A strong management background is required Experience in any kind of technical field is essential Install managers, Service managers, Operations managers, Site managers and similar will all be considered Previous experience managing field engineers as well as electrical project management is highly desirable Previous Security, Fire, or AV background is advantageous THE PACKAGE: Salary: €60,000-€70,000 DOE Company Vehicle Fuelcard Pension 25 Days Leave + Additional Company Day Laptop Phone Educational and Developmental Support LOCATION: Predominantly Dublin, will at times involve work further afield Applications encouraged if located in the surrounding Leinster areas of Dublin, Louth, Wicklow, Meath, Kildare and other commutable distances BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
