DOE Responsibilities of this Instore Retail HR Manager : Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent. Nurture a positive working environment and culture. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits programme. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
