Instore Retail HR Manager Excel Recruitment is hiring an experienced and dedicated HR Manager for our client, a rapidly growing grocery retail group in North Dublin. Salary: DOE Responsibilities of this Instore Retail HR Manager : Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent. Nurture a positive working environment and culture. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits programme. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation. Requirements of this Instore Retail HR Manager : Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. Experience in the retail sector is preferred. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
