Job Title: Instructor - EBT programme
Summary: We are seeking an Instructor to find learners for the program, secure work placements, and teach work attitudes and behaviours. The ideal candidate has a third-level or Further Education qualification, experience in sourcing work placements, and strong facilitation and communication skills.
About the Role:
- Find learners for the program and secure work experience placements
- Teach proper work attitudes and behaviours
- Assess each learner's vocational needs and create a profile
- Provide constructive feedback on progress
- Keep detailed records and reports
Requirements:
- Third-level or Further Education qualification
- Experience in sourcing work placements
- Experience working with learners in education, guidance, or developmental settings
- Ability to build relationships with employers
- Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
