Job Title: Instructor - EBT programme Specific Purpose Contract, Full-time 36 hours per week Location: Raheen, Co. Limerick About the Role: The Employer Based Training (EBT) Instructor is responsible for finding learners for the program and securing work placements with employers who will provide on-the-job training. Working closely with employers to monitor learners' progress. Creating and delivering individual training plans for each learner, teaching both certified and non-certified modules, and updating the plans as needed. We will work with you to meet your needs. What We're Looking For: A third-level or Further Education qualification, preferably in Education, Training, or Social Sciences. Experience in sourcing work placements. Experience working with learners in education, guidance, or developmental settings. Ability to build relationships with employers and promote the benefits of providing work experience. Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Your Responsibilities: Find learners for the program and secure work experience placements, while teaching proper work attitudes and behaviours. Assess each learner's vocational needs and create a profile to guide their development. Provide constructive feedback on their progress. Keep detailed records and reports that meet internal and external standards for intake, accreditation, and quality. Achieve key performance targets related to learner placement and employment. Work closely with the Manager and other staff to ensure the program runs smoothly, addressing any issues promptly. Additional Requirements: Full Driving Licence and Own Transport If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign. Salary: Starting at €33263.94 per annum, equivalent to €17.77 per hour.
